Thx for the comments, and once again nice pics!

To Ovostar : sorry for the late response, you need to get (if avail) a paintkit of the desired aircraft and paint using an image-editing tool like photoshop.
Then depending if you want 32Bit textures or DXT3 ones you either copy them directly into your texture folder or you convert the textures to another format. (using for example DXTBMP)
Note that if you want more or less "shiny" effect you need to make modifications to the "alfa", but for a first paint that isn't really needed. -)

Btw no one knows with what tool we can add some neat "grass" effects like on

You can add it with Adobe Photoshop.
Then you select Brush Tool and on top in the Brush Preset picker you choose the grass.
