Due A330 Maintance, SN Brussels is forced to use an B767-300 in the summerperiod. the plane is leased from EuroAtlantic Airways. Till the end of june the B767 is in use. At this moment, SN Brussels Cabincrew is trained to work on the B767.

I think A B767 is cheaper and more available on the market at this moment ...
So I think these are the reasons why SNBA is going to lease a 767 and not an A330 ...

You are right Tub023, who's foolish to paint an aircraft for a lease for only 3 months. What a waste of money would that be
Even if you think further who's going to pay and paint the aircraft back in the colors of Euro Atlantic

I must also agree. If SNBA would look at it economicaly, it will stay in the old livery.

Perhaps Airbus can loan them some of those fake livery sticker sets which they always stick on that A380. Or does Boeing have similar stickers? You could probably wrap half the plane in the A380 sized ones.

I'm expecting a plane in Euro Atlantic livery with a small "operated be Sn Brussels airlines" sticker.

Unless I'm very much mistaken, TAP Portugal is currently leasing a Euro Atlantic plane, which has not been repainted at all.

Is it that expensive to train a cabin crew for a new plane?

So, according to Brussels airport's website timetables the 767 will become active this Thursday April 6th, in just two days!
Is the aircraft at BRU yet? Are there any shots? What is the scheme like?
