Hi JoNnika,

Welcome on Luchtzak! Those pictures you made are super ! I like them a lot.
At which spot did you make them? And what for camera, lenses do you use?
Best Regards Raymond

yes, relatively close, it is between the business park "Ikaros" and the landinglights
hello,

I'm not aware of that spot near Ikaros. Can you explain me how to drive over there? Is it allowed to be there? And when is it best to spot over there AM or PM ?
Best Regards Raymond

I made them at the 02 spot, upper at the round point untill 14.00 o clock and then i drove down to the down spot. i think you guys call it the "Ikaros" spot.
I use a Nikon D70s with Nikon Nikor 55-200 lens and sometimes a Tamron 70-300 lens. :D

The best time is after 14.00 LT, then you have the sun behind you.
I might be wrong but I believe that the Icarus spot is next to the leuvensesteenweg? check mappy and you'll find it
As long as you don't park your car in the middle of the road or you block the traffic there is no problem...

If you can count the blades of my engines while they work, you are too close to be save

Right, that's where i make my shots and also right about the car parcing. Once after 14.00 o clock you have to drive back to the leuvensesteenweg, make a right turn, right again at the first lights, then right again at the first street and you are on the other side of the landing lights, with the sun again in your back.

Nice pictures, all of you. I saw the B707 from my school and was quite surpized to see one landing in Brussels.
