We'll have to see where all this 'customer best/fair deal policy' will take us. Now even the first low cost companies seam to go bankrupt in the US...

Since the time Sabena went bankrupt, everybody keeps on talking about liberalisation of the airline business. But how far can this go??
When you go out buying a new car; you find 50 brands but they're all more or less competitive. You'll never find a car for 1€ for instance.
Imagine flying multi million aircraft around the globe. These days it's not about competence, safety or airline history/network but about the best accountancy policy - MOL is the best example in this! But MOL doesn't offer the long haul (until now...)so explain me how you can get to the major world business centres if there won't be any hub and spoke carriers left as they cannot be competitive on the intra European network with the low costs?

And after all, the story will repeat, as companies like Ryanair grow bigger, pilot & labour associations will see the light of day and get more powerful and one day the surviving low costs will be the new Sabenas in the sky of tomorrow.

To be honest, I wish all the best to SN and I am very glad that I am a pilot and not a business manager!!

All the best!
