SN Brussels Airlines - passionate about you
A new advertising campaign being rolled out this week confirms more than ever that SN Brussels Airlines is ready to stand by the unique values that make it the number 1 airline of choice on the European market. Appearing on poster sites all over Brussels Airport, the campaign is one of the first public communication exercises to be based on the new corporate strapline 'Passionate about you'. This important claim is an accurate reflection of SN Brussels Airlines' customer-oriented approach to serving passengers' needs, as well as conveying the human values of the airline and its staff.
Using a series of 6 different ads, each with dedicated slogans, the campaign highlights SN Brussels Airlines' specific values, such as value for money: 'Goodbye cheap, hello good buy'; frequency: '285 flights a day to 43 European cities. There goes another one'; quality inflight service: 'Enjoy our breakfast. It gives you a flying start' and 'Drinks are on the crew'; and, of course punctuality: 'We can tell the difference between 11:46 and 11:47'.
The aim of the campaign is to inform consumers as to just why SN Brussels Airlines represents the best in quality, value and flexibility when flying to and from the Capital of Europe.
Of course, these claims will be no surprise to existing SN Brussels Airlines customers, who have come to rely on the quality, punctuality and valuefor- money service that has already made SN Brussels Airlines the favourite of hundreds of thousands of passengers all across Europe and Africa. But it'll certainly reassure both today's and tomorrow's customers that SN Brussels Airlines is definitely the right choice.

A lot of people that I know doesn’t SNBA. I think it is important for an airline that at least that the inhabitants of your home country know you. At this moment I think that there are more people who know Ryanair than SNBA. They maybe know that there is an airline who replaces Sabena but not the name.

Working for an international organisation, I know many foreign people who still refer to SN BA as 'Sabena'.
Old names (like old soldiers) never die
