Interiors Branding

Post by phoenix28 »

Does any one have any material or a link with respect to the branding of airline interiors. How different and difficult is it to brand and market an interior of an aircraft vis-a-vis other products available on the ground. More on the lines of advertising/marketing based information.

Thanks.

The Biman flowery interior is quite specific and unmatched by other airlines.

It has that interior because some years ago, during archeological excavations in the textile belt around Manchester, they found some left over buried rolls of this flower fabric.
As long as there is some on the roll left, we will see this design.

Why does Manchester get the blame?

I think it was a great textile industry area. Virgin's is very distinctive, as is easyjet's.
