I have a great problem , i can't turn anymore ?!!

can somewone help me please ?

Are you using a joystick? It's probably a hardware problem.

I can't turn while i'm Taxi , not with my numpad and my arrows

Is your numlock switched off? And is your keyboard properly connected? And whitch aircraft are you flying, cause if you're flying the DC-3 or another taildragger, it might help to switch of the taillock.

it's maybe a stupid qoustion but how you must to switch off the tailhook

You need to assign a key for the tailhook... go to settings - controls

In the air i can turn without any problem , only when i'm taxi i can't
