Saving flight progress

Post by fokker_f27 »

Is there any way to save my flight progress? I don't wanna spend 6 hours flying long haul. :P
Also my sim seems to crash a lot: Textures going bad. Anything I could do about it?

hi,

just a thought regarding fs crashing: make sure you have installed the latest drivers for your videocard. I once was having *a lot* of problems with fs crashing after I bought a new videocard. Problems vanished a few months later when new drivers were available.

And yes, you can save your flight (don't recall the keystrokes but sure you can find it in the menu) but it doesn't save all aspects (like weather conditions etc.). Nevertheless, saving a flight during cruise works fine.

Hope this helps a bit,
Wim.

Jep, it's pretty simple: you just save the flight, give it a nice description and you can even set it as your default flight so it will continue automatically when you click "fly now" next time you start up your fs!!!

Have a lot of fun on your LH's!

I'm using AutoSave (http://www.schiratti.com/dowson.html). Great small module that saves your flight every minute. Without it I couldn't fly.
