It's freeware; they have packages that can be easily installed.

Traffic 2005: from JustFlight
Ultimate Traffic from Flight1
My Traffic 2004 from Aerosoft
I also found this package on avsim.com: http://library.avsim.net/download.php?DLID=41388.
And the best solution is to make it yourself
