In Le Soir today:
Ryanair will base a fourth aircraft at Charleroi. This should be good for three to four new destinations, according to an anonymous person in the article.

Anybody who knows which ones? Maybe they'll reopen their lines with London and Liverpool?

That would be nice to reopen the London flight, lots of people would be interested in (like me :) ). Cross the fingers.

It's official on ryanair website. In many languages.

Very good news :)

I hope they will have the new terminal very soon. The current is way too small for that :)

Ouch! That statement may have been a little hasty...

I'm a little suprised that Ryanair have chosen (for the time being at least) not to look east from CRL. I would have thought that routes to the likes of Tampere TMP, Riga RIX and Wroclaw WRO would all be highly successful.

Nevertheless, given the history of Ryanair at CRL, this announcement of a 4th aircraft is highly significant.

well as far as I know U2 didn't come to belgium because Richard Brandson and Stelios had some kind of gentlemans agreement that TV and U2 wouldn't compete...

Good to see FR expanding after all the bad publicity they got lately

Especially for Belgian aviation and for people who depend on it for their daily bread.
Try to find out what SN, VEX, TC en TUB think about it...

Already one partially reply to your question (from TCB):
Great inquiry about "ticket only" preferencies:

On the VRT news they said that for the moment Ryanair doesn't intend to resume operations from Ostend. Maybe later?...

Im surprised at Malaga and Faro. These destinations are only served from Ireland at the moment since they are busier/more expensive destinations and FR can charge higher prices (due to little competition) to cover costs. So have Faro and Malaga given a good deal to FR for a service to a non-Irish airport. Could more routes follow?

As for the future, the following all seem possibilities for FR

Murcia
Reus
Oslo Torp
Gothenburg Save
Cork
Liverpool
Nottingham East Midlands
Tampere
Riga
Gdansk
Wroclaw
Lodz
Bratislava
Alghero
Marseille
Bergerac
Limoges
Nantes
