In that case, what about a IL76? Last year I heard one taking off from CGN. A minute or 2 later I could still here him in the distance.
But a 777 sounds nice as well during take off.

The best start up is from the AN-22. I love those Contra-rotating props and the noise, damn good.

a Dornier turbo prop rattles, shakes, vibrates, makes it turn, moves its way to the runway instead of "taxying", makes a final turn and goes for it, power power power, and off it goes, leaving Tempelhof beneath it.

Yes the TU154 is also very noisy. I saw a few of them landing and taking off when I was in Varna.
