Eastern will fly NCL-LCY

Post by Comet »

At last us folk in the north east have a link to London City airport! My closest airport, Newcastle, will be linked with the capital's small plane paradise from January, when Eastern Airways, the Humberside-based carrier, starts services between the two airports with their Jetstream aircraft.

I hope this lasts longer than the Leeds-LCY service operated by bmi.

The flights will actually be operated by Saab 2000 a/c, and will operate on weekdays only :)

Alos announced recently are Jet2 NCL-AMS, MAH and PSA.

Actually your both right. The Jetstream 41 will be used initially, then the Saab 2000
