I'm pretty sure all of it isn't being done for free.. meaning extra cost for AF, but I guess it's all worth it given the staggering fuel price.
If these changes can really be achieved... I hope they do similar things to other aircrafts as well, not just 777s but even Airbuses. The industry really needs it.
