9W/Jet Airways is expanding service to Singapore from Chennai/Madras in addition to its existing daily Mumbai/Bombay flight.

Effective December 7, 2005
Commencing operations on Chennai-Singapore-Chennai sector

ooh! Which aircraft is it using?
Indian aviation is indeed aiming higher!
I don't think Jet Airways will have trouble establishing itself in the market but, SIA would still be by far the market leader.
