Pushing back, cabin view, start at gate.

Can anyone tell me how to make a truck tow you away from the gate and various things? I'd like to make an Fs story with an F27.
I'd also like to know a way to get cabin views, and a way to start at a gate if possible

pushback truck and cabin, only possible if included in the model which isn't the case with the F27

a gate start can be selected in fs by picking a gate to start instead of the active runway

How about reverse thrust pushback? Try it with a VC-10 and zoom into the engines, and buy new speakers!
