How do you post a video on the Luchtzak server?

I have got a few aviation videos I would like to upload on the luchtzak server...

How do I do that?

if you mail them to me I will check the videos and put them on the server. info [ at ] luchtzak [ dot ] be

I've got some SNBA-related videos but they are impossible to e-mail because they upload slowly and the connection goes down before they fully upload.
