AF Medium Haul 320's

Post by chunk »

Can anyone tell me what they are like.

I am going to Amman, Jordan next Friday on business on AF Tempo class and I see that its a 320 from CDG. Does this have LCD screens and food or should a fill up in the lounge at CDG with the 4hrs I'll have to spare.....

ta!

Not on the A320-100 as far as I know...

AF does not serve hot meals anymore on medium haul flights, unless you are flying at mealtimes.

I don't know the timings of your flight, but you will normally get a hot or cold meal.

I doubt an A320-100 can make the trip that far though I could be wrong. I would imagine it will be a newer A320.....

Yes, I think it's a A320-200.I flew AF A320 from CDG to TLV and it wasn't good!!!4 hours and a half in a A320 is too much!!!you have to wait 20 minutes if you want to go to the toilets

I'd have to check it as well, but I was actually replying to PNC his message about all AF A320's having main screens in the cabin.

I think the flight leaves CDG at 1330 or around then so I would expect lunch or a sandwich I guess.

Entertainment on AF - even with a PTV - is pretty guff (I mean, they had the love boat on one of the channels last time.....jesus that was bad in the 70's or 80's!) so looks like is the book and the ipod for me then.
