Passengers didn't see the live footage because the cabin crew switched off the screens 10 minutes before the emergency landing.

After an absolutely fantastic job of putting the bird on the deck, questions are now being raised as to why this ongoing problem has not been resolved.

According to a Canadian Transport Safety Board, this is the sixty seventh time there has been a problem with nose gear on this aircraft type.

Always interesting to see the results and I'm still amazed to see that the landing gear didn't collpase.

Such nose wheels incidents appear to be a recurrent occurance on A319/A320: it happened to an AWA A320 at Columbus in 1999, to an United A319 at Chicago in 2002, and to another JetBlue Airbus late last year, if I remember well.
They have been lucky until now, but it is high time Airbus finds the solution before a more serious accident happens. Or are they too busy with their A380 troubles ?
