Saw this Canadair CL-600 today.

Reg. VP-BMG, does anybody know the country of origin of this plane and where it was flying from? It landed between 11 and 12 'o clock.

Hi MD11

My EXAG guide states that the plane flies for Westbury Jet. I don't know the country or other information...

I was there too this morning, by the way. Probably you saw me; I had a (female) friend with me. We were standing at (and on) that piece of wood.

Saw Vonsmal also; it was quite spotters-busy this morning :-)

After some surfing on the net I found out that the plane is owned by Rolls Royce, country of origin = British Indian Ocean Territory (Where the f*ck is that?)

That's all I found.

This information could be wrong, please correct if it is so

for info, a lot of planes are registered in the Bermuda (VP-Bxx) like the Aeroflots Airbuses, the Siberia 737's...
But they aren't based there... this has something to do with taxes, like those who register their car in Luxembourg...

Regards.
