Since the distance between Miami-Orlando is 190 mi (or 165 nm), 50 mile radius is not enough to reach the closest common point, unless this city is at least 90 miles long

The hint is quite misleading afterall.

As HP has been the most active in this City (and the closest, according to av8or_guy who seems desappeared), I suggest to validate Palm Beach as correct and Horse Power can post a new City.
