I was in transit in New Delhi airport. If the lugage handling is as the other services I witnessed , I would recommand all travellers to Delhi to have handluggage only.
Toilets? Duty free? Restaurants? It is all available, but don't even imagine how it looks like "indian style"
I hope for travellers that "luggage handling " means something else than "thank you for your gifts sir"
