I have mixed feelings about this one, the good ones are that the B747-line is still alive and kicking, and the bad one is that these new B747F's probably will replace the wonderful classics UPS still has.
But like with everything, there is a time when one needs to say goodbye to the old machines.

At least we can look forward to some magnificent looking B747-400F's in the UPS color scheme!
Good news for the B747-400 line, hope that all the people talking about shutting the line down have been showed otherwise. Let's hope that these orders can keep the line open until the B747-Adv line will take over production.
Talking about the B747-Adv, didn't Boeing want to make a decision about the project in August, or was the decision-making planned for September? It has been a bit quit around the B747-Adv, so that makes me wonder.

This picture shows that the UPS B747-400F is a real treat to the eye.
