How do these polls operate?
Or is the staff of these airlines given instructions to go on-line with Skytrax and fill in the Poll-forms?
I have a problem understanding these results...
Look at their home page SKYTRAX HOME and goto Special Features... that are the same airlines and that are paying sponsors or not??? And how Air Dolomiti got lost there? Or wait until the 2004 results to explain....
