An Austrian registered aircraft flying to New Delhi from Assam was forced to land at the Tribhuvan International Airport* for flying over the Nepali airspace without permission.
The aircraft with eight persons including four crew members on board, was en route to New Delhi, from Lilabari** of Assam, was forced to land at the capital this afternoon, after it entered the Nepali airspace through Tumlingtar via Khimti.
Details of the incident are not known to me. Does someone have details about the incident?

China's People Daily has it as follows: Authorities at the Nepali Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), on late Monday afternoon forced an Austrian-registered aircraft that entered the Nepali airspace without prior permission to land at the TIA.
The aircraft was en route to the Indian capital New Delhi from Lilabari of Indian state of Assam, a statement issued by the TIA Civil Aviation Office said.
The aircraft landed in Kathmandu at 3:07 p.m. local time (0922 GMT), and eight persons, including four crew members, were on board.
A 11-member committee led by Director Tri Ratna Manandhar has been formed to probe the incident, according to the statement.
The aircraft is registered with a company named OEISN in Austria. Jet Alliance is the proprietor of the aircraft while its handling agent has been mentioned as Quick Aviation, the statement added.
What is this about? About an air space violation, or about the quality of the passangers?
Some indications of who these passngers are and their whereabouts now, would be a welcome information. What surprised me was that China's People Daily, speaks so open about the incident, and that is not in the usual habits of similar incidents.
