Thought Air France had dirty planes?

I was looking at pictures on A.net and came across more shocking pictures of Iberia:

Do they use cheap fuselage paint that get's dirty easily? Do they ever bother cleaning their fleet? Some of their planes are new like the A340-600, but give you an old and rusty feeling.
