BA to double flights to India

The article talks about BA starting new 5x weekly to BLR, what I know of is that BA has only 3x rights!

Did CAA(UK) allot them 2 more?? when did this happen? What about VS and BD request regarding the rights to fly to BLR?

At first glance everybody thinks : why doesn't BA order A380 immediately?
The problem is that they have full planes going to UK, but empty planes on the way back.
