Air Deccan, which is renowned for its lowest fares, will launch its operations from Cochin International Airport within a month.

As a part of the first phase, Air Deccan will operate ATR-42-320 model aircraft with 50-passenger capacity in the Bangalore-Kochi-Agati sector from the middle of September.

Air Deccan, with its slogan â€˜Every Indian Enjoys The Spirit of Flightâ€™ will also launch Mumbai-Kochi-Mumbai service from the middle of October. Air Bus 320 with 180-passenger capacity will be used for the service in this busiest sector.
