Anyway, they used less of their overall capacity in January. The decrease in cargo can be explained by the A333 partially not being used ...

Good results ... Again less spectacular number of pax (+4500 or so), but taking into acount that there was one day less, this is not bad.
Seems that they did not use all their planes in February neither. Did they put aside some of their avro's?

Contrary to last year, during the weekends SN has flown an extensive winter charter program for both British tour operators to Andorra (SN served TLS from NCL, EMA, STN) as well as for French tour operators to the Baleares (IBZ and PMI from TLS, PMI alone from NTS).

Nice to know that. Is that included in the LF?
I don't think so: in my opinion the LF includes only regular scheduled flights.

The loadfactor for March 2005 is again higher than for the same period in 2004, so the positive trend of the first 2 months of this year seems to be continued, although the LF for March is slightly lower than in February...
I guess that has luch to do with the extremely early Easter Period this year and the traditional low time in business travel associated with it....

Hi,
Indeed good loadfactors, especially since they have a higher number of pax (which was not the case in January and also less in February).
What is strange, is the decrease in cargo (-24%) ?! Does anyone know why?

The TFTK (Total Freight Tonne Kms) hasn't changed during the first 3 months of this year for SN. Each month of 2005 gives a TFTK of 5794. This seems to confirm that those figures are not up to date.
A possible reason for a decrease in cargo might be the reduced traffic to Africa when an A330 was having maintenance for several weeks.

Maybe it is because the Easter holidays started this year in March ?

Nice to see the numbers growing again
PS there are several mistakes in your last tables. Just copy the one from the previous month and add the new LF to it

thanks blackhawk.
Is it possible to enter these numbers in excel sheet and upload the file somewhere or to take a screenshot and post it on this website, because it´s getting harder and harder to compare without having to decypher everything.
thanks again though for your continued effort.
