Press reports about today's court case in Charleroi: Ryanair promised to pay the indemnity, but finally they didn't. Hence the court case continues:

The Ryanair lawyers play their usual tactics: the court of Charleroi is not competent, only Irish courts are competent.

Many foreign journalists are following the trial: if the passengers win or if the court of Charleroi declares itself competent, it will create a dangerous jurisprudence for Ryanair.
