Why all this military traffic? Today EU Foreign Ministers meet at the Foreign Affairs Council (#FAC).

Indeed: 23 ans 24 March. I don't see any mention of the arrival of US Secretary of State Antony Blinken on 22/03: was it on the usual 757?
