Dear moderators,

Apologies if this is not the right forum to post this question.

Is there a General Aviation forum on Luchtzak or elsewhere where current PPLs can exchange ideas on their passion in Belgium ? I havent found anything.

Good landings,

OO-PAL

No need to apologise. I have been repeatedly assured that the moderators will be happy to see all aspects of aviation covered.

You might also find Belgian recreational pilots, some quite knowledgeable, at http://www.airwork.nl/bulletinboard/ , https://www.pprune.org/private-flying-63/ and a few more.

Sure we do, you can put those topics in civil aviation.
We do welcome topics, discussions etc. about General Aviation, but I don’t think anyone on the webteam/modteam/newsteam is particularly commited to that aspect of aviation.
Feel free to open a topic, or even a few, though.
I’m looking to start with my PPL in the not too distant future too, so anything’s welcome.

Jan! Before inviting new members to join other forums (it's a hard ww world nowadays with Facebook etc... ) !!!

I changed the Civil aviation forum into Civil Aviation / General Aviation forum 8-)

Dear Bart,

Kindly do not accuse me of inviting where I merely suggested possibilities!

And is a separate "recreational aviation" or "private aviation" sub-forum really too much to ask? I must admit in advance it might take some time to flourish.

If the forum has at least a few new topics and messages per week, we could fix that! Let's brainstorm!

I didn't knew it was possible, but you can create url's with smiley's in them. Maarten just posted our very first url with smiley: https://www.aviation24.be/airlines/cath ... %9F%92%AA/
