THY Board has announced based on gaining permits THY will start Istanbul Ataturk-Port Sudan (Sudan) flights as soon as possible.

SN26567, I haven't heard anything about this at all. Turkey has no diplomatic relations nor bilateral civil aviation agreement in place with Somaliland.
