Quite nice too, Stef. We seem to have a few things in common: for sure there were some nice European planes hanging around too but we prefer the "smokers" from a bit further away. Your most recent one is already 8 years ago, mine 10 years if I forget the KAL SP. Maybe we're getting older b...

My all time favorite movements in BRU

Hi, compared to the older days of my spotters "career", we are really spoiled now with information about movements in Brussels, especially on Luchtzak. 20-30 years ago it was a matter of reading them yourself as we didn't have access to all kinds of databases to gather the info. Whe...

167 passengers, almost a full house then. First thing that crossed my mind: howmany of them would have been on the SN/LO flights to visit Belgium if it wasn't for the Air Polonia flight to CRL. I guess that quite some passengers were happy to land in Brussels. They arrived sooner (and cheaper?) at t...

Brubiac, are sure about the A6-RJZ ? I passed this morning and saw an all-white B737-7BBJ with a small UAE flag, couldn't see the reg quite well but it wasn't a "Z" at the end I thought. Best regards, OO-JFP PS: anyone out there who knows the registration of the Lotus Air A320 that departe...

As already stated overflight cahrges have increased by 33% BUT this now makes Belgium one of the most expensive countries to overfly.......... Tony Thanks for the confirmation Tony and B737229, I already feared that money was involved. Again a typical Belgian action in line with similar "ideas...

Overflights to LHR and US via northern routings, why ???

Hi, being one of the older registration spotters, I'm also a long time spotter of overflying traffic. I remember very well the days when SIA, Qantas, Air India and many others filled the sky when flying to the UK, later on followed by the "new generation" companies like Eva, Emirates, Qata...

Hi,

N521DB already visited BRU in 1995.
I saw him on June 23 in it's older livery with small "Viscount" titles bringing in other well known "users" of that plane: the Stones  .

Best regards,

qnnm, I think I went home shortly after the SAA arrival. Guess I was a bit tired from the day before when I went (like Von Smallhausen) to Schiphol on July 27. It was my first trip abroad and we did it "in style": leaving with OO-SBP F27-400 Sabena and back with PH-KFE F27-600 NLM "Ja...
