Thank-you Mr. jet stream!!!!
I once had also an extremely fast flight from Boston to Brussels. It was very bumpy though.
Cheers,
Stij

OK, I didn't get answer 4. :-(, so I got stuck with the 31 inch seat on all sectors. Anyhow, here a short trip report: BRU Checked in on the internet (handy as you can skip the lines at the airport) Arrived well on time at the airport. Skipped the line, check-in agent was friendly as allways in Brus...

Dear regi, actually my agent looked to Premium Economy and it was 400€ or 500€ more expensive then the 600€ ticket I booked now. Almost the double. Since I still have to look to my budget I've chosen the 31inch seat. In fact my brother in law once flew to Seattle in Premium Economy and he was very h...

Dear Bottie, I'm afraid we'll have to close them instead of opening them! Cheers and all the best for 2006 to everybody: no delays, cancelled flights, lost luggage, rude cabin crew, rude passengers, departures or arrivals from the end of the A pier in Brussels, delayed luggage, missed connect...

My dear Eurojet, I'm Belgian, speak French, deal a lot with the French, both in private as in business life. Even have a few friends there. I LOVE Air France. I really do! Flew with them to Dubai and Newark. Always excellent flights. But CDG is terrible. They say hell is located in terminal 4 of Chi...

About transferring in Europe: CDG is a complete disaster due to - arrogant ingnorant service agents (and that's when they're not on strike) - when changing from Thalys to AF you have to carry your luggage from the train to the terminal. - Terminal 2 A. B, C, D are old and need a restoration - Termin...

Flew once in a Tristar from Salt Lake City to JFK with Delta. I remember that there were no overhead bins on the middle, thus creating a lot of space. It looked like a church in there. Apart from that the tristar seemed to have difficulty taking from Salt Lake City as we had to unload some cargo bec...

Strange, with BA you can even reserve your seat at the moment of booking for lang haul economy flights. AA is even better: you can reserve every seat on every flight in every class. But probably it depends on the airliner policy. I never flew LH long haul. Cheers, Stij P.S. Try Taking the Maglev fro...

Don't know if this is the correct forum, but it's a "handling experience". I flew last night from BGY to BRU on TV. We were parked pretty far on the A pier, I was sitting on the very last row of the aircraft, left the aircraft as the last person, our group walked pretty slow to the baggage...

I have a proposition for a solution for BRU: The government plays real-estate agent. 1. You abolish any limit there is on night and day flights. 2. You design a runway-utilization-scheme that, making use of the existing runwaysystem, is the most performant and safe their is, not taking into account ...
