A few weeks ago I posted my opinion about safety versus economics.
According to some persons, there was absolutely nothing wrong with safety, nor with the maintenance, in europe.
Now a few weeks later, there are already 4 countries starting-up a black list.
So, i don't think these blacklists are ...

Maakt U deel uit van de onderzoekscommissies om reeds besluiten te kunnen trekken? Normaal gaat daar toch een veel langere termijn over, niet?
Amaai... blijkbaar begrijp je het "knipoogje" in mijn statements zelfs niet...

Op dit forum zijn gelukkig veel mensen actief met een objectieve mening ...

ik kon moeilijk een release to service tekenen voor een collega die bovendien werkzaam was voor een ander bedrijf dan het mijne, nietwaar.
Blijkbaar zijn er hier op dit forum nogal wat personen die hun broodwinning in de commerciele luchtvaart hebben, dus ik begrijp dat mijn kritiek hier niet ...

First of all, this whole story can be considered as a blame to the Belgian air travel authorities and to the Belgian aircraft technicians. I hope we understand that our criticism means that we distrust the competence of both of them, whereas they have a splendid reputation ! Don't forget this ...

I am surprised, with the actual search for cheap flights. that nobody came with the idea of starting a western-europe based LCC, operating with cheap leased russian Ilyushins and russian pilots... that would certainly result in very cheap prices...

The industry provides what customers desire...
The price of a product is a very powerful weapon in modern europe !
I think in the US they have already solved this problem after the value-jet ...

When I first mentioned my opinion about too many take-offs with (minor ?) malfunctions, a few weeks ago, i got a lot of negativism.
These facts were ment to kept in silence, pilot were afraid for their job.
