She's definitely very nice.

The movie story seems also very interesting. That's a movie I'll probably go and watch.

I heard clapping is quite common in Alitalia flights but I've never flown with them so I can't say it for sure.

I've heard clapping a couple of times myself but can't remember in which aircraft.

Japanese handling

It is not always easy to park a 747 as the pilot hardly sees you. So I was particularly amused to see how the Japanese have solved the problem :D Maybe it is used in other places around the world but I had never seen it before. I'll happily hear about any feedback you have. And if somebody can find ...

But! to say this occurance, or any occurance thats involves the safety of passengers, crew, and aircraft is not that important is implying that its OK for landing gear to malfunction. Well I'm not explaining myself very well then. I was not trying to say it is not important, of course it is, and of...

Who says it is not important or doesn't care?

These things happen all the time. And they're not always that important that's all.

Don't misinterpret what we say... and for chunk's comments I must say I still don't understand what is the relation with the topic.

I love trip reports with pics.

Yours is particularly good and complete, thanks

About bags security, I have seen many times custom agents open a suitcase. They're not always very careful when doing this.

I was just going to say the same

Most of the time it is pilots who are, rightly, being over cautious.

You must have awful experiences.

I've felt like that even in economy class.

It depends on the airline and (a lot) on the crew.

In some flights we are two flight dispatchers instead of one. One is in charge of the technical side (loadplan, loadsheet...) and the other, the red cap, is in charge of the operational part. Making sure the loading and unloading is done correctly, that the different services are doing their job in ...

Embraer 170 in Finnair colours

I've never flown with them but I quite like Finnair, maybe because I spent one week at Helsinki airport doing an ops course.

Anyway I think the latest Embraer looks stunning in their colour.
