Re: BRU 20/06/2013

Evening all,

This afternoon I made a brief stop at BRU airport and saw 2 Jetairfly landing, but
could not read the registrations:

15:15 a B737-800 in new colours
15:20 a B737-700 in old colours

Anybody who can tie up these registrations?

Also conformation on a RAF Hercules ZH872 is welcome ...

Re: BRU. Hours to de-ice on Nov 30.

I am sure it is not a problem which only BRU has.
I am working at AMS and the flight I handled had it's brakes released at 21:15 lt and was
airborne at 23:40 lt.

It was not only due to the de icing process, but certainly with snow and ice conditions.

Evening,

The other stored Fisher Air B737 should be OK-FAN if you are interested.
Saw it there in September last year.

Re: Jumpseat on CX Cargo?

Afternoon,

I am pretty sure it will be near to impossible to enter a cargo flight as a passenger if you are not crewmember. I have never experienced this before.

Normally the door on the upperdeck to the flightdeck is always open. When extra operating or positioning crew is on board it will remain ...

Re: Jumpseat on CX Cargo?

Afternoon,

CX Cargo is operating three times a week on Monday, Thursday and Friday. All flights are being operated
via Dubai before going to Hong Kong.
Even when you know a pilot it will be VERY hard to get a jumpseat on the cargo aircraft. The flights will
also encouter some restrictions if you ...

Do not worry to much if you missed the Dragonair B743. It should become a Brussels regular in the near future. (That's what I heard)

Thanks Rutger,

Seems like Jet Airways is only using VT-JEA and VT-JED to BRU, any reason for this.

Getting in on Trade day's requires an organisation, recognised as a trade visitor by the Paris Air Show authoroties, to order tickets for you.
So when you work for an airline I guess you problably get the tickets, right.

I have to agree with Rutger as well. I went on a Sunday under the impression most if not all the airplanes they put in their
promotional material should be there.
Unfortunately most interesting planes were gone and a handfull of empty stands were the result.
Only highlight was that the 2 A380s ...

MXP logs 18/19 and 20-12-2006

Afternoon,

Spent 3 days at MXP which is to long in my opinion. Tried to spot at Linate as well, but no luck there so we had an extra day at Malpensa. This is more or less the result.
