But about the engines gauges , I think that's an option and that doesn't mean it is an old plane , some excellent 734 have digital gauges like that ( for example the 429 OO-SBM of Sobelair ) , pilots prefer that because you have a digital indication and also a small numerical one ...

No I was talking about the TNT Airways 744F , those were pilots from TNT now going to BAe 146 as this 747 went out of leasing

I don't think they already got those planes but what I know is that the pilots who were flying on the 744F ( not flying for TNT anymore ) have to fly back on the BAe 146 and that TNT will employ new pilots for their 737 ...
