DL is using the B-777LR to SYD which features the latest on IFE. I don't think that the DL product is that bad that it needs an improvement. What they could do is getting rid off those horrid alcohol prices.

I did enjoy reading your report Fokker. I mostly fly DL to the US and IMO
they are top notch when it comes to inflight service.

I personaly have never flown on SU. But of what I have heard , is their
biz product very good.
Go to www.airlinequality.com there you'll find comments on SU and also
pictures about biz class food.
