1) You were extremely lucky you made the connection in Rome.

I know ! The flights to MXP and FCO are actually mileage runs in J - class (discounted business class based on economy fare) racking up 16000 miles to help me get FTL status on LH. Without the mileage runs, I 'd see about 30000 ...
