Just found the following snippet of news, regarding possible purchase of Rekkof aircraft by Iran. My interpretation is that its not the whole company for sale, just some kind of licensed production.

Hi Everyone,
My first post on this forum and its in the form of a question.
From what I've heard so far on this subject, Rekkof were going to give it until the end of this month and then decide either to re-launch or abandon the F70.
Does anyone have any idea which way it will go?
