Well, if it's a relief flight, which it could very well be, then maybe the load will permit only an initial climb to a lower FL, then as fuel is burnt a higher FL can be reached.

does anyone know more about OO-DNX?

A virtual radar spotter reported a flight heading west towards London at FL300 with callsign BEL6C today. What's interesting is the Mode S code, hex 4419D8, which is normally assigned to Austria.

Another source reported this to be OO-DNX, unknown type ...

I found some piece of information concerning this story. In fact this is some explanation from Landuyt. Sorry but I have the text only in French.
