Re: Name VLM Airlines disappears

Although I don't like the name and roots to disappear, we might as well look at this from a more positive side. Maybe we will see more other aircraft types at Deurne like the Avro or Dornier from CityJet combined with the current F50's. At least I hope this will happen and not the disappearence from ...

Great to see the horse again! The color sheme is based on a real statue of a horse located in Avesta, Sweden. I saw it there about two months ago and it is famous all over Sweden. Thanks for posting the nice pics!!!

Very nice pics!!!
I went today spotting at BRU, but it seems I can't get very sharp pictures, even of planes standing still. I have a CANON G5, anyone a solution or a hint to make better pictures for me? I think my optic zoom of 4 is too short for the far distance between the fences and the planes ...

Hi guys,

does anyone know how much the business class seats and the posters went on the auction? I was there, but couldn't stay till the end, and I was rather curious about it. Thanks.

EI Dublin-flight operated by Sobelair B763?

I noticed that the evening flight to Dublin operated by EI was performed by an B763. Seeing that Air Lingus hasn't moved in an 763 to Brussels (maybe they even don't have them, I don't know), there is a possibility that it is a Sobelair plane, leased to compensate the delays caused by the closing of ...

Birdy A330 having problems?

Hi guys,

I noticed yesterday that the flight to Kinshasa was first delayed and then cancelled. Today, the flight to Banjul and Dakar is operated by an Airbus 310 according to biac. Does anybody know what is wrong with the other plane?

If you look at it that way, I am rich as well :) I have two old Sabena's and an outdated swissair  (don't like that one, but hey, I had it before the problems). I think I'm gonna make some citybirds and VG planes in the future :)

I know that SFN and SFM have to get a C or D-check in autumn, and probably they'll get their new colours then. But SFO has had it allready if I am informed well, and it has still the old colours. Anyway, I hope they will not paint it soon, because I have a nice own hand-made model of OO-SFN, and ...

SN Brussels to Mombasa

Hi everyone,

today I noticed on the booking engine of SNBA that flights are available to Mombasa (Kenia) from 7/12/2003. I think it's great news that SNBA expands its African network. Does anybody know more of it? Is this the only new African destination, does it replaces another destination ...

SN Brussels Airlines aircraft painting

Hi everyone,

I've noticed today on www.qaps.nl that OO-DWC is in the paintshop. Why is SN repainting this aircraft? I thought it was just painted in the previous colorsheme in March 2002. Their are some other planes without a long blue tail, so why don't they paint these planes before the ones who ...

I don't think it was a charter, because CDG is a scheduled destination of SN. If you look at the biac-site, you can see that sometimes it is an A319 which flies to CDG, it assume they do this because of the high number of french people coming from and flying to Africa. That's my thought.
