I think it is better to settle in Lelystad, because it is near water. So they can use vessels for their supply. Also for the employees it is a big advantage. It is difficult to get your employees to Enschede. It is in the far east of the country. Lelystad is in the middle of Holland and easy to reach.

Well, I heard that Rekkof will launch the production as soon as they gathered customers for 40 aircraft.


There are rumours that iran has ordered 25 Fokker 70's.
Rekkof recently restyled their website. Now it is up-to-date and they are talking about new systems for the Fokker 70.

The manufacturer's name will be Rekkof. And the name of the aircraft will be the same as in the good old days, because of the good reputation of Fokker Aircraft. So the names will be: Fokker 70 and Fokker 100.

Obviously VLM will order the Fokkers, since Rekkof is woned by VLM boss Jaap Rosen, and VLM wasnts to expland

Why is that obviously? VLM will need a airplane that is certified for LCY, and the FokkerLine isn't (yet, at least).
