Re: The future of Brussels Airlines with Lufthansa

and don't forget Nagoya... Head office of Toyota ! AMS = low yield passengers to Japan (most of them are tourists). I don't understand why JL is flying to AMS. AMS is a skyteam hub... BRU =high yied passengers to Japan. There are a lot of Japanese companies in Belgium. I am sure this flight can be a...

Re: The future of Brussels Airlines with Lufthansa

Yes you are correct about Singapore, but ANA plans already for years to fly to BRU. When they can work together with SN (for AFI and connections in Europe) this route can work. There are a lot of potential passengers since Sabena doesn't flying to Tokyo anymore. But this is my opinion, and I like t...

It was nice to see the 747 RAM above the ring of Brussels !
Nice approach from Groot Bijgaarden - gear down - flaps down - descending to Brussels City for landing 07L !

It's a visual approach for 07L? More difficult for a pilot?

I flew last week B light between VLC and BRU on A319... Not so bad but Brussels Airlines is working as a low cost with... old planes... I flew BRU-VLC with Vueling (cheapest price than SN). The A320 was brand new ! Leather seat (as SN but more comfortable) with more space than SN. The menu for this ...

EL AL ISRAEL

Hello !

Do you know where can I found information about EL AL? I have two questions.

Is El Al a national flag carrier?

Why did El Al fly to the US in the neighties? and now most of those destinations are closed.

Thanks,
Schep

And SN will continue to lose passengers... How can you offer a good service with a B767 from a charter airline??

They have more and more problems with the AIRBUS A330. AF/KL will continue to kill SN on his market !

OO-DFW

I was on the OO-DFW on the 26 of August. Flight SN3123 to Bologna
The takeoff was aborted due to a technical problem in the cockpit.

We went back to the gate. We finally took off with 1 hour and 30 minutes delay.
