That's true, I thought it was a global strategy, to transfer the whole BCN base to Clickair to keep capacity on MAD. I think it would also be possible for cities such as Nantes because even if IB will be the first airline on this route, Ryanair for example will be able to react very quickly ...

Iberia's still launching route out of BCN!

Despite Clickair, Iberia is still launching new direct european services out of Barcelona.

A new daily BCN-Nantes will start at the end of March, with a CRJ (Air Nostrum).

2nd Iberia destination out of Nantes, after MAD.

Officially launched today, with a very original brand, "L'Avion".

One purple 757 with blended winglets, first commercial flight between Orly and Newark on December 27th!! A lot of medias for the press release.

No, for Angers it seems that it was an operational problem at Angers airport. Aer Arann flights were diverted to Nantes Atlantique airport since April 29th, and today the airline announced that it will stay at Nantes, dropping Angers.

Aer Arann won't launch Angers but have started new services from Nantes in Western France to Macnhester and Cork, with ATR72, 3x/week for each destination.

35th and 36th scheduled destination for Nantes Atlantic airport, 15th and 16th international!
