Sorry, the link in my posting was corrupt... Now Its correct! The Aircraft you are showing in your post, Erwin, Is Atec Fajeta. It is fully carbon fibre and is little bit faster than the Zephyr but it is about 15 Kg heavier... (= too heavy for the swedish regulations) Jonny Here is the link to the Z...

No, It can not be registered as an Ultralight or ULM!
One of the requirements is a stall speed 35 kts or less in europe.
