Following the JAR-FCL rules, you can have a PPL licence at 17 years old , and you must be 16 years old for first solo flight, so stop saying "18 is the age for "certain maturity"". I suppose that JAR authorities are aware of what's possible and what's not possible!

@Boul: moi c'est Spa que je connais un peu, mais c'est la même histoire, avec une société de développement de l'aérodrome en plus de la SOWAER... (comme ce sont les mêmes dans les deux sociétés, on tourne en rond, mais on paye plus).

et chez nous on manque de hangars, mais on paye aussi des prix ...

Evidemment, garder les avions au sol, c'est une solution...

Si déjà la gestion était dans les mains d'un seul organisme (si possible compétent), et pas de multiples sociétés inutiles...
