if they put business on their resa docs then it's clearely
a case of misleading the passenger.

Where I work I see also problems every day. I think that if you would work at Schiphol or wherever you would see lots of problems too. There are problems everywhere and nothing is perfect ...

First ask the pap who have to wait and miss their flts due to
the enormous ceues at the security controls.
There are solutions, but biac doesn't want to invest in this, result:
many delays for the companies and unhappy pax ...

(ticketing, check-in and boarding),
the rest is done by Flight Care.
