snba's website

Hi all,

while surfing SNBA's website I encountered a lot of broken links. Examples:
- when I wanted to change to the corporate sites, privilege site...
- when I tried to book a flight to nice: message with link to VEX' site doesn't work...
- when clicking on the autumn fares and toronto promotion ...

Hi all,

just to let you know: 9 april is certainly not confirmed yet, and probably the first flight will rather be towards the end of april. Reason for the delay: technical problems (no severe ones, just final adjustments).

I got this info from a friend of mine who has an internship at Airbus ...

SN Brussels Airlines' 2003 loadfactor

AEA's website (www.aea.be) published some 2003 reports.

Some figures:

SN Brussels Airlines' year 2003 loadfactor was about 57.6%, with a (in my modest opinion) not so bad year-ending loadfactor of 59.4% for the month of December. I leave the comparison to 2002 to you, but it's quite useless I ...

The newest livery on the Avro's looks very fine to me, although I can't wait to see it it in real.

dolfke: are you sure that oo-djq won't receive the new livery? It doesn't seem logic that only a few aircraft will be left in the old colours. unless that oo-djq is one of the first aircraft to leave ...

Why have they changed their mind Why are they wasting more money?

Well, at least they are not starting by repainting the ones that already have the intermediate livery (cfr. the one on the A330's, long blue tail), because that would really have been a waste of money.

I suppose these avro's are ...

hi Brightlight,

you can also try www.eurocontrol.be, the european organisation for ATC in maastricht.
I also applied about 2 years ago as a candidate air traffic controller, both at belgocontrol and eurocontrol.
I received quite quickly an answer from belgocontrol. they said they'll put my ...

old sabena-VEX codeshare question

hi all,

I was having a discussion with a friend last night about the old sabena days. but then we both had a question we couldn't answer, so I'm asking it on this forum.

sabena used to codeshare flights with VEX. everybody knows that SN passengers on flights operated by VEX were often (if not ...

KLM ads on luchtzak.be

Hi luchtzak,

sometimes an add for KLM (with fares to some destinations SN BA flies to)appears on top of some pages on luchtzak.be. Are you aware of this? It just seems odd finding this on a website owned by a crew member of another airline.

If you know about it and you don't mind it, then just ...

The advertising campaign may influence the load factor, but I think it's main purpose was to try to let people know that there is still a national flag carrier operating in Brussels. The cheaper tickets certainly won't help SN BA's yiels much, but a) the number of tickets is limited, and b) it could ...

and apparently their first advertising campaign isn't limited to Brussels. all around Gent, my home town, you can find ads for their Best Buy tickets on almost every bus stop.
It was a very nice surprise when I took the bus this morning...

Nice work, SN BA!

I am planning to go to 25L (first time ever) and the easiest way i think is by train to kortenberg (I suppose this is the one Sabena690 meant), and then I'll have to walk a little bit.

let see how it goes.

hi all,

with this beautiful weather we're having now, I'm planning to go spotting tomorrow friday. As I don't have any car I'll have to go by public transport.
I decided to help luchtzak, as there is nothing yet written about going to brussels' spotting places by public transport under 'Luchtzak's ...
